MRS has introduced a new security features for all members and customers who have a MyMRS web account.

If someone tries to log in via a new device the new security feature will send an alert to the email address associated with your account.

If it WAS you logging in from the new device you do not need to do anything.

If it was NOT you logging in from the new device we recommend you reset the password on your MyMRS account as soon as possible.

NOTE: The first time you log in to your account after today's date 8 July 2024 will trigger this new feature as the system has no history of where you usually log in from - after that, you will only receive an alert when your account is accessed via a new, different device.

If you have any queries or concerns about this new feature you can contact us at info@mrs.org.uk.
