Important correction: Direct debit mandates

As communicated last month, MRS is changing its payment processor for direct debit payments. Our new processor, GoCardless, will be responsible for all direct debit collections from this date.
If you have a direct debit with us you will have received a letter which stated this change is taking place on 7 December.
This was not correct - the new direct debit will appear on your account on 11 December.
The old mandate is:

The new mandate, which will appear on Monday 11 December is:

What you need to do
Although the old direct debit (724140) will no longer be collected, you should to go into your account / ask your bank to cancel it.
