Welcome to the 2024 MRS Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Survey. 

Why is this Survey Important?

We all know the National Census is vital to planning the future of so many major projects in the UK. This survey is just as important to give us the data to lobby government, to shape priorities for the work of MRS particularly in the sphere of supporting current and future talent and helping create a more diverse sector.

So, take 15 minutes and help create a picture of who we are. 

What does the survey cover?

Your experiences of equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging in the market research industry. The survey will ask you about:

• Who you are and how you self-identify
• Your views and experiences on equality, diversity and inclusion at work

How long will this survey take to complete?

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, depending on your answers. 

How will my information be kept confidential? 

Your responses will only be used for research purposes and treated as aggregates. All information collected will be managed in the strictest confidence. All data will be anonymous, and you will not be identifiable in any report. All information collected will be stored securely and be confidential.
