MRS’s new network in Northern Ireland – which met yesterday for the second time in Belfast – has now selected a steering group to drive the initiative forward.
The group will enable the network to achieve its aims of supporting, promoting and protecting market and social research in Northern Ireland.
The network will host regular events to provide educational information of benefit to both research specialists and client-side companies searching for research solutions.
The newly selected steering group is as follows:
Albert Hamilton, Chief Executive of CARD Group, the new chair of the steering group, comments: “The talent and innovation in market research from Northern Ireland is immense. With our new combined voice, we will enhance our reputation and nurture new members.”
Jane Frost CBE, CEO of MRS, comments: "Developing opportunities for professional networking, learning and best practice exchange is at the heart of what we do, and we’re thankful to CARD Group for giving researchers in Northern Ireland the chance to get together.
“I’d like to welcome the new steering group and thank them for their commitment to promoting and expanding market and social research in Northern Ireland. I look forward to seeing the network grow and play its part in helping the sector thrive.”
MRS will be sharing details of the network's next meeting soon. Please contactnetworking@mrs.org.uk for further information including how to join.
