There’s a lot to unpack at this year’s MRS Financial Services Research conference!

This year, we want to showcase the methodologies that have been powering the best customer and consumer insights and discoveries across the financial services sector. So, if you have valuable insights, innovative methodologies, or compelling case studies to share, we invite you to submit your proposals for the Financial Services Research conference 2024!

We are seeking submissions that cover a wide range of topical issues relevant to the financial services sector, including but not limited to:

  • Changing consumer behaviour, preferences and decision making
  • Meeting customers increasing expectations of online journeys and experiences
  • The role of behavioural science in delivering good outcomes for financial consumers
  • Brand building, tracking and management for heritage brands and fintechs
  • The cost-of-living crisis and new strategies for financial inclusion, accessibility & vulnerability
  • AI and data driven approaches to consumer research
  • Improving customer engagement and relationship building
  • Using research to build a Consumer Duty culture
  • Managing growing fraud and security concerns for consumers
  • Steering customers towards sustainable finance

If you have new research to share, please send in a submission for a:

  • CASE STUDY (30mins) –Agency / client joint presentation of a recent research project. Please highlight the remarkable elements of your case study.
  • NO SLIDES PANEL SESSIONS (30mins) - Convene and lead a panel discussion on a broad research challenge that all delegates can relate to.
  • IN CONVERSATION WITH… (30mins) - Lead a one-to-one interview style session which brings together an agency and client to discuss how they’ve embedded insight in their organisation or met a specific research challenge.

A quick note on our selection criteria:

With just 10 sessions available we give priority to client-side presenters / co-presenters, brand-new, unseen content and projects using pioneering research techniques.
