Back in September Director Ali Sims attended the Utility Week Vulnerability and Debt conference. The timing of this event couldn't have been more perfect as it aligned with the launch of our own in-house vulnerability panel, Different Perspectives. So much of what was covered on the day struck a chord with Ali and we've been able to dig a little deeper into some of the themes raised by asking our panellists, who are facing vulnerable circumstances today, their views.
