We are thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the internationally recognised ISO 17100:2015 accreditation. This achievement comes just weeks after we announced that we are a 2019 winner of the Queen's Award For Enterprise For International Trade.
The ISO 17100 accreditation is an internationally recognised standard for companies within the translation industry, which covers the essential processes for providing translation services. The accreditation aims to outline the service a client will receive within a recognised set of procedures that are carried out to best practice.
Language Insight already has two existing ISO accreditationsin Security Management and Quality Management. Our Managing Director, Donna Twose states“Together with our ISO 9001:2015 for 'Quality Management' and ISO 27001 for 'Information Security Management' this latest addition entrenches Languages Insight in the provision of internationally accredited high quality translation services."
ISO certifications establish requirements for organisations to both demonstrate and perform to a recognised framework, with management systems that are independently audited every year. We aim to continuously demonstrate our commitment to all of our ISO accreditations in the pursuit of excellent service delivery for all of our clients.
The benefits of being awarded the ISO 17100 accreditation are that our clients can continue to be assured that they are receiving a high-quality service, as the ISO 17100 accreditation ensures that the interpreters and translators that we employ are qualified to undertake the task in a professional and effective manner to the latest industry standards.
We are certain that this latest ISO accreditation will further demonstrate that Language Insight is committed to providing secure, high-quality language services, and we are delighted that both The Queen's Award and ISO 17100 have been awarded to us in the run-up to our 10th anniversary.
