Andrew Cannon has over 30 years of experience working in the market research and insights sector on both the agency and the client-side. For the last 10 yearsm Andrew has had the honor of being the Global Research Business Network’s (GRBN) Executive Director. The GRBN is the global trade federation for the market research and insight industry. As part of this role, Andrew has led the Insights Business Impact initiative, building on foundational work by BCG, Cambiar, and Yale on the maturity of the Insights Function. Andrew led GRBN's research, which was conducted in partnership with BCG, on Insights teams’ business impact measurement and reporting. He has personally interviewed dozens of Insights team leaders on this topic and wrote two handbooks on Insights ROI and Insights Business Impact. Andrew has conducted workshops on this subject worldwide, empowering hundreds of professionals to measure and demonstrate their value to the business effectively.
