MRS Mentors must be senior professionals holding MRS Membership. Selected Mentors undertake professional Mentor training either at MRS, or via webinar, to qualify. You will then be matched with a suitable mentee usually close to your geographic location, however many of our partnerships choose to conduct meetings via video call.

We are currently closed for applications and will re-open in Spring 2025.

As a mentor you will offer support to enable your mentee to explore their professional situation and work towards pre-determined goals and objectives. However, mentoring also provides many benefits to mentors too:

  •  Satisfaction from developing others.
  • Deeper and broader knowledge of their own working environment.
  • Development of self-knowledge and self-awareness.
  • Opportunity to build wider networks.
  • Broaden skill set.

To apply to become a Mentor please complete the form below as well as read the Mentor handbook.
