Class Isn’t Working

MRS Social Equity Group (#SEG) are holding a webinar to look at what class means in the modern world and question the status quo.  Together with you we will investigate the way the concept of class is currently in research analysis and to explore the shortfalls of standard industry approaches.

In this webinar chaired by Annabelle Phillips (AP Research and Co-Chair of the Social Equity Group):

  • Dan Clay (Basis Social) will talk us through the complexities of class as a characteristic to use in research design
  • Ella Fryer-Smith (Do You Research) will share some of the #SEG’s initial pilot study findings
  • Steve Lacey (The Outsiders) will explain the importance of researching the working class, and how so many people get it wrong
  • Adrian Ward (Barclays) will talk about how important it is to get this right in delivering excellent customer experiences and outcomes

There will then be a Q&A Session with the panel, and we will end by sharing the Social Equity’s plans going forward and how you can get involved.
